Shinji-kun's Kitchen Twice Baked Potatoes

8 medium potatoes - cooked, peeled, and grated
1 pint (16 oz) sour cream
2 cups grated cheddar cheese (save 1/2 C for topping)
4 green onions - chopped
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp white pepper
1 1/2 tsp paprika

Mix all but the topping. Refrigerate over night. Then bake at 350 degrees F for 45 minutes uncovered. Top with 1/2 C cheese and bake 15 minutes more.
