-beef rump roast
-about 3/4 lb baby carrots
-1 onion, chopped in about 1" cubes
-3 medium-large potatoes, peeled, and chopped into about 1" cubes
-4 cloves of garlic, crushed
-1/4 tsp salt
-1/4 tsp black pepper
-1/8 tsp cinnamon
-1 tsp rosemary
-1 cup water
-2 cups Sparkling Grape-Apple Cider
put all ingredients into crockpot, and cook all day on high.
shred beef with forks, and serve
(if you don't have
a crockpot, I think this can also be done in the
oven, though I'm not familiar with cooking roasts in the oven)
