Beer Bread

3 cups self rising flour
(the package will say 'Self Rising')
1/2 cup sugar
12 oz beer
2 tablespoons melted butter
preheat the oven to 375 degrees (F)
butter a loaf pan and set aside. in a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, and beer and mix well, when pouring the beer, pour it down the side of the bowl slowly. the mixture would be sticky. pour into the loaf pan and bake for 55 min. at the last 3 min of baking, remove from oven, brush the top of the bread with butter and return to oven for a couple of min. 

Don't worry about the Beer in it,  the alcohol cooks off in the baking process
